We only collect the information you send us through the quote request form: name, email address, telephone (optional), chosen cuvées, collection or delivery, delivery address where relevant, and message.

No data is collected without your knowledge.

This data is used solely to reply to your request: it is sent by email to Champagne Vinefy, who will get back to you. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

The website sends you no email: the estate replies to you directly, from its own address.

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Your data is processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR): you ask for a quote, and your data is used to prepare it and reply to you.

The tick box confirms that you have read about this use. Without the required information (name, email address, selection), the request cannot be handled.

Your data is only shared with the service providers needed to deliver your request, acting on the instructions of Journey Agency:

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) delivers the email of your request to Champagne Vinefy. Brevo keeps a technical log of the sending for a limited period.

Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States) hosts the website. The website's functions are hosted in Europe, in the Frankfurt region. The function that receives your request does not keep your data, apart from a technical log line with no name, email address, telephone number or postal address.

Journey Agency, which designs and maintains the website, ensures its technical operation.

Vercel Inc., which hosts the website, is an American company: any transfer of your data to the United States is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which it adheres.

This website sets no cookies, neither advertising nor tracking: no consent banner is therefore needed. Anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement may be enabled.

Your answer to the age check and your selection of cuvées stay in your browser and are never sent to us; the selection is cleared when you close the tab.

The map is served by the website itself, with no third-party service and no cookies.

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and port your data.
